Three ways to work with a Sparxia advisor, each built for a different kind of need.
From a single focused conversation to a six-month sustained engagement — each format is structured to a particular founder situation, with defined scope and written outputs.
← Back to HomeHow we structure advisory at Sparxia
Each service at Sparxia is built on the same underlying premise: that a founder thinks better when they have a prepared, attentive advisor alongside them — one who has read what they have written, holds the context of their situation, and asks questions rather than prescribing answers.
The three services differ in duration, depth, and the type of founder need they serve. They share a common commitment to written outputs, to confidentiality, and to scope that is defined before any engagement begins.
A short call to understand your situation and suggest the most appropriate service.
Scope, deliverables, schedule, and terms agreed in writing before work begins.
Prepared, focused sessions with a consistent advisor — in Bangkok or by video.
Commentary, summaries, or narrative documents — depending on the service format.
Founder Mentoring Series
A six-month structured mentoring engagement in which an experienced advisor walks alongside an early-stage founder through a series of recurring conversations. Includes one ninety-minute conversation per fortnight, written commentary on three documents per month, and a written closing reading at the end of the engagement.
Conversations cover company shape, the rhythm of decisions, founder energy management, and the sensible cadence of customer conversations. The engagement is designed for founders who want sustained advisory — not a single event — and who are willing to bring their working documents and real questions into the conversations.
- 12 ninety-minute advisory conversations over six months
- Written commentary on up to 3 documents per month
- Written closing reading at engagement end
- Consistent single advisor throughout
- In Bangkok or by video call
Pitch & Narrative Workshop
A two-day workshop in which a small founding team works through the narrative arc of how the company describes itself to the audiences it wants to reach. Output includes a written narrative document, a one-page summary, a longer narrative variant, and a record of the language choices the team weighed during the workshop.
Suited to teams who are about to put their narrative in front of new audiences — investors, early customers, media, or partners — and who want the language to reflect actual choices rather than borrowed phrases from pitch templates.
- Two full workshop days with the founding team
- Written narrative document (long form)
- One-page narrative summary
- Language choices record for the team's reference
- In Bangkok (workshop location arranged with team)
Single-Session Founder Conversation
A focused single ninety-minute conversation between an experienced advisor and a founder who wants a considered outside reading on a specific question — typically a near-term decision the founder has been thinking about for some weeks. Includes a short written summary of the conversation and the considered reading the advisor offered.
Useful when you have a specific question you want an experienced outside perspective on, and you don't need or want a longer engagement to get it. The advisor prepares by reviewing any relevant notes or documents you share beforehand.
- One ninety-minute advisory conversation
- Short written summary of the conversation
- Advisor's considered written reading of your question
- Document review beforehand if relevant

Standards shared across all services
Privacy & confidentiality
Everything shared in an engagement stays confidential. Documents, conversation content, and company details are not referenced outside the engagement under any circumstance.
Engagement agreement first
All engagements begin with a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, schedule, and terms. No work begins before the agreement is signed by both parties.
Scope held clearly
Sparxia advisors do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. That boundary is maintained clearly and consistently. It protects both the quality of what we do offer and the interests of the founders we work with.
Preparation before each session
Advisors read submitted materials before every session. Sessions are not improvised — the advisor arrives with observations and questions already formed, which makes the conversation more useful.
